Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper

Small-business in Honolulu looking for flexible individual to work in a fast-paced automated environment. To perform various duties, not limited by this list. Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignment. Performs administrative duties for executive management, in addition to light accounting duties. Requires strong computer skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with management, as well as customers.

Minimum requirements: High school diploma, some college (college interns welcome), proficient in Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Word & Excel.

Desired candidate: In addition to above, social media networking experience and basic website editing, sales and marketing experience, and computer troubleshooting/networking is a plus.

Objective: Maintain and monitor all financial functions of the business. Customer satisfaction/service, completion of job specifications in a timely manner, and quality on all printing and copying jobs. Perform essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service.

Responsibilities:
1. Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
2. Maintains accounts receivable.
3. Process cash and credit sales: Invoice customer when job is completed.
4. File invoices and delivery tickets.
5. Post payments on accounts in a timely manner.
6. Prepare bank deposits and balance bank statement.
7. Balances accounts monthly reconciling to bank statements.
8. Creating address labels (must know mail-merge).
9. Troubleshooting minor technical & computer problems.
10. Update company website and social media networking sites.
